Partnering With Amazon
Working alongside the Vodafone business team to design the integration of the 3G connectivity user experience into the Kindle setup experience.
Designed Innovative Experiences
Design and build of Vodafones first responsive design template for its out of the box connectivity experience on multiple tablet devices.
Build a Scalable Platform
The user journey was scalable and easily integrated across tablets like Kindle Fire, Sony, and Microsoft. The component-based front end supported multiple markets and languages.
Outcome
Users could connect their tablets to the Vodafone network easily and quickly with an in app experience that led the user through, an intuitive setup to post customer care with the My Vodafone app. The number of 3G Sim card sales increased alongside an increase in Vodafone Business customers and My Vodafone app engagement.
