What we did
Designed Core User Journeys
Creating a clear, simplified app architecture by over hauling the Design/UX work to date, unifying it, and identifying and designing core user journeys.
Implemented Ways of Working
Hired new Product Design Lead within the core app team, to establish and improve ways of working. Introduced accessibility standards and user research.
Established New Design System
Driving the creation and adoption of Sidekick’s first-ever design system, "Robin", to ensure cross-platform consistency and cohesive user experiences.
Outcome
Clear messaging hierarchy - refined UI, and exciting features enhanced user engagement, improved retention with a clearer value proposition.
Retention Increase - the % of users who use the app after 1 day with the new medication reminder set. Up from 36% to 77%.
Design System Adoption - across the wider teams.
